With the introduction to the latest Crafting Building, the Pub, comes an introduction to its owner, the gorgeous Olivia! Note that if you are under the legal age of drinking in your country, you will see the Pub’s recipes as non-alcoholic beverages.
Step 1: You see, the English Countryside used to be a glorious place, but it has needed a true, inspiring leader! Thankfully for the folks at the English Countryside, you are just that person for the job. Olivia’s first task will be to help her with a little rodent problem, as mice keep eating her Hops and Barley, so she cannot properly make her Goods for her Pub. You will need to collect six Mice Traps (don’t worry, no mice will be harmed in the events that will unfold), harvest 75 Barley, and harvest 75 Hops in order to pass this initial Quest portion.
Step 2: Upon completion, you will receive 5 FV Cash. Boo-yah! That’s what we’re talking about! Olivia is greatly relieved, but still super paranoid about the mice returning. Geez, lady! Talk about a one-track mind. Regardless, she wants to build a brand new Pub, and we’re not ones to argue. You will have to ask your pals for six Pint Glasses to kickstart the new Pub, and you must also harvest 100 Bluebells, as Olivia feels they will look gnarly on the tables within the establishment. We’re never one to argue with a pretty lady.
Step 3: There is a great reward in completing this Quest, as you will receive the Pub! That’s right, now you can craft your very own Pub-related Goods! But wait, Olivia is still upset! If you guessed because she saw a mouse, you’d be correct, but that is also like guessing that the sun will rise in the morning, so no cookie for you! You will need to place your Pub and purchase a Pub Cat, which is an adorable black cat with white paws, that way it will keep the mice out. Furthermore, you must make two Duke’s Stouts, made from 4 Barley Bushels and 4 Hops Bushels.
Step 4: You’ll get a Pub Sign to adorn the English Countryside, letting your neighbors know that you are open for business! Olivia will teach you the tricks of the trade to make her stellar brew, the Oliviaberry Beer. It requires 5 Red Currant Bushels and 3 Hops Bushels, so you will need to throw down 100 Red Currant plots, which take 4 Hours to harvest, and create a couple of Oliviaberry Beers, so you might want to plant some Hops as well.
And with these objectives complete, you will have completed all of the current Quests in the English Countryside! More will be released very soon. Look at our snazzy Bartender outfit. “Hair of the dog that bit me, Lloyd!” “Yes, sir.” We can get used to this gig!
