Mafia Wars Error Code Kn-39

Strange error received while accepting gifts with a huge image on top of the error code..
Anyone else experiencing it?

Some friends also have error on accepting Masks..

    Mafia Wars Gifting Error Messages

    Mafia Wars is focused on reducing problems that occur after a gift request is accepted from a friend or mafia member. To better address this problem specific error codes will be presented when a problem accepting a gift request has occurred.

    The Mafia Wars development team would like to record these instances and gather as much information as possible to correct problems that occur with gifting. If you have recieved one of the following error messages, please email the support department with the following email template. This will ensure the best information has been provided to us.

    Email Template:
    What error code did you receive?
    What type of gift did you accept?
    Where did you accept the gift request from? (Mafia Wars Gift Box, Facebook Game/Gift Requests Page, Facebook News Feeds / Wall Postings)

    **Important Tip**
    Accepting same gift request from both the Mafia Wars Gift Box and Facebook Game/Gift Request Page will result in error message

Mafia Wars Accepting Gifts Error

Some players have encountered an error concerning accepting gifts.
Here is the problem, when you wanted to accept the Gifts via Message Center..

you got the error message and then the gift disappears, so the gifts is lost !!!
No way to finish the Ancient Relic Event then..

Sometimes you will also see this message when you want to click on any feeds regarding of Mafia Wars game :

A friend has contacted Zynga Customer Support and he got a nice compensation.

    "As a gift from me to you, I have gone ahead and credited you with 30 Reward Points to purchase mastery for this event."


Well, no one will going to spend their Reward Points to buy the mastery item for this event!
We still have time ....
