You'll soon have "Red Zynga Logo" show in the upper right spot by your address bar. You click it and it will open up a mini window and ask you to chose a game & then pick Mafia Wars.
Just make sure you haven't collected your regular energy refill within 8 hours. You can use this every 8 hours and you will get either more energy or more stamina.
