If you thought your pocketbooks were empty before glancing over at the Buildings page, you were definitely wrong. After releasing a few moderately-priced Buildings, Zynga has pulled out all the stops with two expensive, really cool Buildings in the English Countryside theme.
First up is the one that actually fit on our farm’s nine plot showcase that we always set up to review the items in FarmVille: the Riding School. Just as we dubbed the Cleveland Bay Horse as a racing horse in FarmVille, the game has confirmed our suspicions with the Riding School Building for 25 FV Cash. This is a very regal decorative Building, with a horse stature situated within an enclave of the Building. This can be rotated, as we have done in the picture above, and it looks incredibly ritzy; just look at the shrubbery allocated along the lining of the Building’s foundation for further proof of the nobles who must attend this school.
All we know is that for many, they will be unable to afford the tuition, as 25 FV Cash is tough to swallow for a decorative Building these days, what with the onslaught of cool items already on the Market. You will receive 2,500 EXP, should you take the plunge.
Now here is the true big daddy of the update, as this one clocks in at a whopping eight plots in length. This is the English B&B, which stands for Bed and Breakfast, for those of you unaware with the terminology. We have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, but this certainly is not what we imagine when we think of B&Bs; this is like our dream hotel, what with the ivy and all. This is a pretty cool addition to FarmVille, though it takes up a ton of space, making it awkward to rotate the gigantic Building. The other hang up for this one is the asking price, which clocks in at 30 FV Cash, good for 3,000 EXP if you decide to take it to the checkout. As much as we love the ivy crawling up the slanted rooftop, we have to give this one a pass due to the plot space and the asking price.
